Class Descriptions BB = Barre Body: With a focus on balance, strength, alignment, posture and flexibility using dance principles CB = Core Barre: Blends ballet barre conditioning with yoga, mat work and strength training to create a lean physique GE = Gentle Exercise: A great overall workout for older adults or those new to exercise C&M = Core & More: Build strength, flexibility, balance and posture w/a variety of resistive equipment. QG = Qi Gong: Ancient Chinese system of healing exercise combining movement, meditation, breathing and massage. ST/I = Step Interval: Alternating between cardio on the step with weights for a great cardio/strength workout TLB = Timeless Body: Unique mat class that works the entire body and nervous system Y = Yoga: Centuries-old mind/body discipline for balance, strength, flexibility and stress reduction ZG = Zumba Gold: Total body Latin dance workout, great for any age or fitness level
